Low T & Andropause Telehealth for Men | Odin Health Labs

Telehealth for men · Canada & USA

Low libido, low drive, not yourself? It may be low testosterone.

Your libido has dropped, and erections and sexual function aren’t what they were. Mood, sleep, strength and focus have slipped too, and you’ve been told it’s “just age.” Odin Health Labs helps men find out whether low testosterone (often called andropause) is behind it, and builds a plan around their own pattern, by video call from home.

Free and private. No obligation to book a call.

  • 100% telehealth, Canada and USA
  • One-on-one calls with a clinician
  • A plan built around your pattern
  • Private and confidential

Does any of this sound like you?

In your body

  • Running on empty, and rest doesn’t fix it
  • Gassing out by 3pm on an easy day
  • Same gym, same diet, different body
  • A belly that won’t move
  • Slower to bounce back after a hard week
  • Waking at 3 or 4am with your mind running

In your head and at home

  • Drive and desire that have gone quiet
  • Slower word recall in meetings
  • Short-tempered with people you love
  • Told it’s “just age” and expected to cope
  • Haven’t said some of this out loud to anyone

If you’ve kept some of this to yourself, you’re not the only one. Many men never mention it to anyone. It’s a common, workable thing to look into.

Low testosterone, andropause, or just getting older?

Andropause is the everyday word for what many men feel when testosterone falls: less energy, less drive, a flatter mood, a softer body.

The clinical name is low testosterone, or late-onset hypogonadism. Getting older can be part of the story. It is rarely the whole story.

“Normal” and “terrible” can both be true.

Total and free testosterone are different tests.

Many standard panels report total testosterone only. Free testosterone, the part your body can actually use, is a separate measurement. A result inside the reference range doesn’t always settle the question. Ask which one was tested.

It isn’t always testosterone itself.

Something upstream is often pushing it down.

Weight, insulin resistance, stress, illness, poor sleep, some medications and other hormones can all suppress testosterone. Finding which one applies to you is the point of the work.

Who we work with

  • Told your labs look “normal”

You still don’t feel normal. You want someone to look at the whole pattern, not just one number.

  • Tried the gym, sleep hacks and supplements

None of it was the wrong instinct. It likely lacked structure and a way to see what’s working. Our supplement and herbology approach is built around that.

  • Working shifts or under heavy stress

Disrupted sleep and constant pressure can pull testosterone down. See our page on shift work and recovery.

Seven reasons testosterone drops, and what each one means for you

We look at all seven with you, then build your plan around the ones that apply.

Four everyday drivers we build your plan around

  • Metabolic strain

Extra belly fat, insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes can lower testosterone and make it harder to rebuild.

  • Stress, illness and under-recovery

Long-running stress, illness, inflammation, under-eating or overtraining compete with testosterone for the body’s resources.

  • Medications and substances

Some prescribed drugs and substances suppress testosterone. We help you spot which ones may be playing a part.

  • Other hormones getting in the way

Changes in other hormones can reduce how much testosterone your body makes or can use.

Three deeper causes we look for

We look for these too, so your plan matches your real cause.

  • Testicular problems

The testes themselves can’t make enough testosterone.

  • Pituitary or hypothalamic problems

The brain’s signal to the testes isn’t getting through.

  • Structural or genetic conditions

Inherited or physical conditions, found through careful testing.

How it works

Four steps, all online. You decide at each one whether to continue.

  1. Step 1

    Take the free assessment

Answer a few questions about your symptoms. You’ll see which pattern they most resemble and where to look first.

  2. Step 2

Talk it through on a call

A private video or phone call with a clinician to go over your history, what you’ve already tried and which blood tests are worth asking for.

  3. Step 3

Get a plan built around you

Sleep, stress, training, nutrition and targeted support, put in order and matched to your likely cause. Our functional health and health coaching work shape it.

  4. Step 4

    Check in and adjust

Regular follow-ups to track what’s working and change what isn’t.

Your health partner, not just another clinic

Working out why you feel this way can leave you doing the research, the lifestyle changes and the follow-through on your own. We think it shouldn’t be a solo job.

At Odin Health Labs we work alongside you to explain what’s going on in your body and guide you step by step. We draw on:

Frequently asked questions

What is andropause, and is it the same as low testosterone?

Andropause is the everyday word for the drop in energy, drive and mood that some men notice as testosterone declines with age. The clinical name is late-onset hypogonadism, or low testosterone. It is not the same for every man, and not every man who feels this way has low testosterone.

How do I know if my symptoms are low testosterone?

Fatigue, low drive, poor sleep and low mood overlap with stress, sleep problems, thyroid issues and more, so the clearest answer comes from blood tests together with a full history. Our free assessment shows which pattern your symptoms resemble and where to look first, and your first call covers which tests are worth asking for.

My labs came back “normal.” Can low testosterone still be the problem?

It can be worth a second look. Many standard panels report total testosterone only, while free testosterone, the portion your body can actually use, is a separate measurement. A number inside the reference range doesn't always settle the question. It helps to ask which test was run, and we can walk you through it on a call.

Who will I speak with, and how do you work with my doctor?

You'll speak privately, by video or phone, with a clinician from the Odin Health Labs team. We work alongside your family doctor: we can share your plan with them, help you prepare questions for appointments and bring your results to the conversation.

What do you actually do about low testosterone?

We look for the reasons testosterone may be low, then build a plan around your pattern: sleep, stress load, training, nutrition and targeted support, adjusted as we learn what is working, with regular check-ins.

Where do you work with men, and is it fully online?

Odin Health Labs is telehealth only and serves men across Canada and the USA. Everything happens by secure video or phone, so there is no clinic visit.

How quickly will I notice a change?

It depends on what is driving your symptoms, so we won't promise a timeline. Part of your first call is agreeing on what to track so you can see for yourself whether the plan is working.

What if I'm not a good fit?

We work that out on your first call. You leave the call knowing the best next step for you.

Is my information private?

Your assessment answers and calls are kept confidential. You can read exactly how we collect and protect your information in our Privacy Policy.
